1. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all our paid plans. If you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you can request a full refund.
2. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at billing@mytaskmanager.com with your account details and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not typically provided for monthly renewals after the initial 7-day period of the first subscription month, unless required by law.
